Explore mindfulness through simple, engaging art exercises designed for all skill levels. No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to slow down, observe, and create. Each session will guide you through easy techniques that help you stay present, reduce stress, and connect with your inner calm through the creative process. This class is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet, meditative experience through art.

Spirit Guide Readings with Sound Bath | 1.5 hours | $45

Relax into the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and calming sound frequencies as you’re guided into a meditative state of peace and connection. During the experience, Erin will share messages and insight about one of your spirit guides, offering guidance, clarity, and spiritual support uniquely meant for you. Come open your heart, quiet your mind, and connect with the wisdom that walks beside you.
Each participant will be introduced to one spirit guide. Participants must be comfortable being read in a group setting.
This event is led by Erin Scaia of Living by the Brush and Ryan Warner of Sound Waves. Together they create energetically uplifting experiences through sound and connection with Spirit.

Whispers from the Ancestors: A Healing Sound Journey | 1.5 hours | $60

An evening of healing, insight and connection beyond the veil awaits you. Step into the peaceful embrace of the salt cave for an evening of deep relaxation, reflection, and connection. Experience a soothing sound bath from Ryan Warner of Sound Waves while intuitive reader Erin Scaia of Living by the Brush shares messages and insights from the Ancestors. Surrounded by the calming energy of the salt cave, allow yourself to slow down, listen, and receive ancient wisdom from those who have come before us. Please bring clean white socks to wear in the salt cave.

Echoes of the Soul: A Past Life Sound Journey | 1.5 hours | $40

Join us during the sacred time of Día de los Muertos and All Souls’ Day, when many traditions reflect on the connection between life, death, and the eternal journey of the soul. Relax into a deeply restorative sound bath while an intuitive reader connects with each participant and shares insights about one of their past lives. Allow the soothing sounds to create space for reflection, connection, and a glimpse into another chapter of your soul’s journey. Come with an open heart and curious spirit as we explore the echoes of the soul across time.
