Cave of Calm: Sound Bath & Intuitive Group Reading | 1/5 hours | $60

Experience deep relaxation and renewed clarity inside the tranquil glow of the salt cave. Join sound healer and Reiki master Ryan Warner and intuitive reader Erin Scaia for a soothing blend of sound healing and group intuitive messages. The calming vibrations of the sound bath, paired with the insight of intuitive guidance, create a restorative evening that supports balance, peace, and connection to your higher self. Please bring clean white socks to wear in the salt cave.

Beginner Abstract Painting in Acrylics Workshop | 6 hours | $50 plus cost of supplies

This beginner-friendly workshop introduces the fundamentals of abstract painting using acrylic paints. Students will explore composition, color theory, elements of art, and principles of design while learning how to create dynamic, expressive paintings. Through demonstrations, exercises, and independent studio time, participants will experiment with line, shape, texture, layering, and a variety of acrylic painting techniques to develop their own unique abstract artwork.

Harmonizing Creativity Mindful Art & Sound Bath | 1.5 hours | $40 plus Eventbrite fee

Create art while being immersed in soothing ambient sounds. Join Ryan Warner of Sound Waves and Erin Scaia of Living by the Brush for a peaceful, creative experience where you'll create mindful art while being immersed in a soothing sounds. These events are designed for all skill levels - no artistic experience necessary! It's the perfect opportunity to relax, express yourself, and experience the therapeutic power of art and sound. Enjoy sound healing by trained musician and Reiki Master Ryan Warner with eight quartz crystal bowls & more.

Inner Wisdom Healing Center 10th Anniversary Open House Celebration | 5 hours | $10 entry ticket

Join us as we celebrate a decade of community, connection, and holistic healing! On October 10, 2026, we're opening our doors for a special anniversary celebration where you can meet our practitioners, explore our healing center, and experience a variety of mini wellness sessions designed to help you relax, recharge, and discover new ways to care for yourself. 

Your $10 admission includes entry to our open house from 3:00–6:00 PM, refreshments, community activities, and access to book $10-$20 mini sessions such as chair massage, Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, stretch therapy, and more. 

As the afternoon winds down, we'll continue the celebration at Indigo Sun Wellness Studio with an evening of deeper restoration. Join us for a powerful 9D Breathwork experience at 6:00 PM ($10), followed by a guided meditation and a 90-minute Sound Waves multi-instrument sound bath beginning at 7:30 PM ($20). 

Whether you've been part of our community since the beginning or are visiting for the very first time, we'd love to celebrate this milestone with you.
