Mindful Art Workshop Session 1
In this 3-hour workshop you will learn simple mindful art practices that promote relaxation, stress relief, and an increased sense of well-being. These are exercises anyone can do regardless of skill level. Exercises include simple mandalas, watercolor doodling and expressive collage.
Cost is $60.00 per person. All supplies are included.

Exercises include found mandalas, blackout poetry and vision collage. **Participants do not need to take Mindful Art Workshop Session 1 to take this class.**

Participants will need to bring a sketchbook and chair. All other supplies are included. Registration closes on Wednesday, July 26th.
